Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 11, 2026. The short version: we collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver work, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What this policy covers

This policy explains what information Olventra ("Olventra", "we", "us") collects when you visit olventra.com, contact us, book a call, or work with us as a client, and what we do with it. We keep this simple on purpose: we collect little, we sell nothing, and we use what we collect only to respond to you and deliver our services.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly: your name, email address, company details, and anything you include when you email hello@olventra.com, request a free teardown, book a discovery call, or send us project information. If you become a client, we also handle the business information needed to deliver the engagement, such as access credentials you choose to share and the contents of the systems you ask us to work on.

Information collected automatically: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and performance. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Booking information: when you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, and selected time slot to create the meeting.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare and deliver teardowns and proposals, schedule and hold calls, perform contracted work, invoice for services, and keep required business records. We may email you about your inquiry or engagement. We do not send marketing email lists you never signed up for, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.

Third-party services we rely on

Like most modern businesses, we use a small set of processors to operate: Vercel (website hosting), Google Workspace (email and calendars), Calendly (call scheduling), and Upwork (for clients who prefer to contract through that platform, under Upwork's own terms and privacy policy). If an engagement involves platforms such as GoHighLevel, Retell AI, Vapi, n8n, Make, Zapier, or Stripe, those platforms process data under their own privacy policies, and where they hold your business data, your agreement is with them.

Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its function. We do not grant any third party the right to use your information for their own marketing.

Client data and confidentiality

When you give us access to your CRM, automation tools, or business systems, we treat everything inside as confidential. We access client systems only to perform agreed work, we do not copy client data beyond what delivery requires, and we remove our access at the end of an engagement on request. Case studies on this site are published only with permission or in anonymized form.

Data retention

We keep correspondence and engagement records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time (see Your rights below), and we will honor the request except where a record must be kept by law.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also object to any use of your information or withdraw consent you previously gave. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@olventra.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA), you may have additional statutory rights, and we honor requests in that spirit regardless of where you are located.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Client credentials shared with us are stored in an encrypted password manager, never in plain text documents, and are shared internally only with the people delivering your work. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we treat your data the way we would want ours treated.

Children

Our services are for businesses. This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

International note

Olventra serves clients in the United States and elsewhere while operating a distributed team. Your information may be processed outside your own country by the providers listed above, each of which maintains its own safeguards.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
