How do I buy a block?+
Book a 15-minute call or email hello@olventra.com with what you need. We confirm the task fits, invoice you for the block, and start. If you prefer the protection of Upwork for a first engagement, we can run the same block through the Olventra agency profile there.
What if my task needs more than my remaining hours?+
We tell you before we start, not after. Every task gets a written estimate against your balance. Nothing burns hours without your sign-off.
What is out of scope for PAYG?+
Anything that genuinely needs architecture and planning, like a full snapshot build or a voice AI system, belongs in a scoped Build Sprint where you get a fixed price. We will tell you which side of the line your task falls on before you spend anything.
How fast do PAYG tasks get done?+
Most tasks start within 2 business days and small ones ship same-week. Retainer and seat clients hold the priority queue, which is part of why blocks cost less.
Is $199 for 10 hours real? What is the catch?+
It is real and there is no catch. It matches our public hourly rate. The trade-off is priority: subscription clients come first in the queue. If you need guaranteed weekly hours, that is what a dedicated seat is for.
